When You Join Johnson & Johnson, Your Next Move Could Mean Our Next Breakthrough. - The Training Strategy Lead/Coordinator is the client-facing liaison between the Business and the Learning organization to ensure all learning is aligned to and completed business goals through a trusted partnership. _ **In this role, you will be accountable for**: - Act as a learning performance consultant between the Learning & Development organization and business partners to ensure learning is aligned with business strategy. - Define and deliver the Training Deliverables per Country, aligning with the Country PMOs and Project Teams. - Provides clear communication and timelines to teams and clients accountable for ensuring deliverables are met in alignment with the Training project plan. - Conduct intake interviews and discovery process to capture learning requirements, performance objectives, and target audience analysis with customers and business partners. - Actively collaborates with J&J; Learn Global Service Center, Content Strategy, and 3rd party vendors to coordinate and align on client requirements and project deadlines. - Partners with Change Management from end to end, understanding the Change Impact Assessment, client and country requirements, and Training delivery plan. - Partner with ADP on the content and deployment requirements of the Instructor Lead Training Strategy for required countries. - Increase risk status to the Training Manager, with proposed solutions/mitigation plan. - Owned the consolidation of cross-functional training projects. - Build the learning business demand planning. - Track status and capacity planning (projects pipeline) per country and global plan and provide metric updates to the client. - Develop and implement project management methodologies, processes, and tools to optimize project execution and resource utilization. - Demonstrate ability to work independently with little supervision. **Qualifications**: **To have a successful journey in this role you should have**: - A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. - Project Management experience is required. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, track record of successfully delivering projects within, scope, and timeline constraints. - Experience managing large-scale, complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and teams. - Experience providing training partnering / consultative role is required. This includes experience gathering and analyzing business requirements, conducting training needs analysis, formulating training solutions, and measuring training effectiveness. - Experience in a Global Business Services organization is preferred. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project risks and issues. - End-to-end process mindset. Experience working in a regional or global environment is helpful. - Excellent relationship management, listening skills and demonstrated track record building strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills are required. - Experience in leading complex global projects, with multiple stakeholders. - Effective communication skills with employees and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
