If you have at least 5+ years of BPO senior leadership experience overseeing US Customer Service campaigns (minimum of 300 headcount) and want to be part of a strong team, let’s talk! **THE SKILLS SET NEEDED**: - At least 5+ years of BPO experience overseeing **US Customer Service **campaigns/accounts required. - At least 5+ years of BPO management experience, majority of which should be at the Director level, with Operations Managers reporting into them required. - Strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends and make suggestions for improvements required. - Demonstrated leadership skills; be able to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues required. - Ability to effectively coach, mentor and develop front-line leaders required. - Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive and professional manner required. - Minimum B2 English level required (C1 preferred). - Banking experience preferred
