A minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Delivery or Project Management. At least 2 years of experience in a team leadership role. Proven experience working on software development projects within cross-functional teams. Strong skills in customer service, resource planning, teamwork, and quality assurance. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills. Prior experience with Support & Maintenance teams is highly desirable. Professional proficiency in English. You will be accountable for the following responsibilities: Accountable for teams' ongoing deliveries (ensure the team has all the resources they need to deliver high quality). Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and improving customer satisfaction. Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery. Managing budgets for each team. Achieving the goals set by the client, aligning the team with established goals and requirements. Providing critical support for team development and well-being (team morale, career progress, workload, etc). Managing conflict, identifying team improvements, delivering feedback, and establishing action plans. Receiving and solving client concerns and inquiries, asking for feedback, and developing action plans. Ensuring effective communication between teams, Applaudo areas, and clients. Identifying, communicating, and helping to secure new business opportunities. Managing expectations and raising concerns when expectations exceed capacity.
