This includes supervising project staff, managing partnerships, and ensuring compliance with donor regulations. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in a relevant field, such as agricultural economics or crop science. They will also have at least 10 years of experience in international development, with a focus on agricultural development, trade promotion, and food security programming. In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will be able to think strategically, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
