At SITA, our Border Management business is a market leader, working with over 70 countries worldwide. What You'll Do - Business growth: Develop a successful go-to-market strategy and achieve profitable business growth in assigned products/solutions. - Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities and manage them closely with the Product and local/regional sales team. - Maintain strong industry interaction and relationships with government influencers, decision-makers, and border management industry associations. - Drive early customer engagement and prospecting efforts with the local/regional sales team. - Pipeline qualification and set deal strategy: Lead collaboration with the local/regional sales team to increase the number and value of qualified Borders opportunities. - Work with the local/regional sales team to stay focused on annual sales plans and active opportunities. - Competitive intelligence: Gather market intelligence and share knowledge with related product teams. - Capture customer success stories and communicate them through various channels. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years' experience in consultative selling, business development, and managing large complex deals. - Good understanding of Border Control solutions, including Advance Passenger Information (API), Interactive API, Passenger Name Record (PNR), and Departure Control System (DCS). - Good understanding of Border Management, seamless traveler journeys, digital pre-clearance, and integrated borders. - Good understanding of end-to-end passenger journeys and solutions related to border crossing, Travel Authorization (eVisa, ETA), Biometrics (fingerprints, face, iris), and Risk assessment engines.
