Base salary with performance-based bonuses : COP15–22 million per month (≈US$45–66k/year) 2. Base salary with growth share: Base salary COP 8-10 million per month, plus earn 25% of every peso of revenue you personally generate and retain. Our core principles are: ask questions, show respect, and deliver quality. --- What You’ll Do Own client relationships — understand needs, ensure satisfaction, and identify new opportunities to assist. Drive new business — lead initial calls, follow up, write proposals, and close deals. Write clear specifications — translate ideas into tasks for engineers to implement efficiently and accurately. Ensure quality — monitor progress, review deliverables, and verify the final product functions correctly. Report results — provide brief weekly updates highlighting tangible business value. --- Must-Have Skills Fluent English (C1+) and native-level Spanish. 5+ years in technical account management, project management, or customer success in software or SaaS. Strong understanding of web applications, cloud services, and AI tools like large language models. Excellent interpersonal skills — problem-solving through clear communication, not commands. --- Hands-on coding experience in Python or another modern programming language.
