Misión del puesto The objective of this role is to assist in the strategic decision making process of User Support & Compensations in order to 1) maximize user satisfaction, while optimizing compensation expenses and 2) align the business unit’s goals with the ones of other business units (including Finance, Restaurants, CPGs, Ecommerce, Fraud, among many others), through data extraction and data analysis. Roles y responsabilidades Key Requirements - 4+ years experience in data analysis and using dashboards in decision making. - Experience in Financial Planning and modeling. - Understanding of business drivers and KPI’s. - Ability to build presentations with storytelling and deliver actionable insights. - High proficiency in SQL & Power BI. - Proficiency in Python is a plus. - Passion for fast-paced startup culture - Customer Orientated Approach - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Self driven and goal oriented with the ability to multitask, backed by a high level of accountability and follow-up until closure. - Excellent communication skills: verbal and written - B2+ level of English Información Adicional Tipo de trabajador: Regular Modelo de Trabajo:
