As part of the Delivery team, you will help our clients drive more revenue by creating a frictionless and human buying experience. Your role will involve moving high-growth companies towards operational efficiency. As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will advise clients on their Revenue technology stack and processes, working with platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Hubspot. You will support the team in delivering solutions, with opportunities to grow into senior and consulting roles, taking on more responsibility in solution design and client management. Daily responsibilities include: Executing tool configuration and administration (e.g., list uploads, reporting, field creation, templates). Contributing to technical solutions led by senior consultants. Analyzing business requirements and deriving value statements. Participating in client and internal calls. Conducting QA of tactical work like campaign execution. Developing documentation for processes. Writing and running test scripts. What’s in it for you? Basic understanding of consulting and B2B/B2C processes. Technical interest, SaaS knowledge, and excellent presentation skills. Strong organization and project management skills. Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities. High attention to detail and quality. Experience with Salesforce or Marketing Automation platforms is a plus.
