Innovative Full Stack Solutions **We are seeking a Junior Advanced Project Manager with Advanced English Skills and Strong Leadership Qualities!** **What This Job Will Look Like** **Key Responsibilities**: ➡Collaborate with team leads to develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. ➡Coordinate tasks and resource allocation, ensuring project milestones are met on time. ➡Act as the primary point of communication between stakeholders and the development team, providing clear and consistent updates. ➡Mitigate risks, manage issues, and adapt to scope changes effectively. ➡Facilitate team meetings, ensuring objectives are met and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. ➡Conduct post-project evaluations and contribute ideas for continuous improvement. ➡Support the creation of business and project proposals when needed. **Skills and Qualifications** **What You Bring**: 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or project management in software development (blockchain experience is a plus). Advanced English (both written and spoken). Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Familiarity with agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello). Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to organize and lead small teams effectively.
