With timeless style and legendary service, Four Seasons is shaping Cartagena’s new cultural focal point. About the Role The role involves preparing and baking bread, rolls, and other pastry products. It also ensures the quality and presentation of these products in the kitchen according to Four Seasons standards. What You Will Do Control operational supplies, reducing spoilage and waste. Coordinate daily stock of operational supplies, sending orders to your supervisor. Ensure that ingredients are in optimal condition for consumption or service. Perform mise en place and production in the bakery area. Prepare mise en place in advance with the required quality before food service. Guarantee that mise en place is organized to fully support operations. Maintain consistency in food and beverage preparations according to Four Seasons standards. Requirements Technical culinary training or equivalent with 3 years of experience as a cook. At least 2 years of experience as a baker. Desirable 1 year of supervisory experience in bakery. Minimum 1 year supporting pastry and confectionery events. Knowledge in preparing medium-volume mixes.
