What will your goal be? Our customer service campaigns aim to provide our members with clear and concise information about the various services and products offered by the Coomeva Group, providing guidance, support, and appropriate management of our members' needs regarding the Cooperative. What are the contractual benefits? Temporary contract with the possibility of renewal. 100% call center work (in person). Hours: Rotating shifts Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. Rotating shifts on Saturdays, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Sundays and holidays, 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. There is a full weekend off every two weeks. Excellent work environment. What requirements must you meet? Academic training: Bachelor's degree or higher. 6 months of experience in call center and customer service. Knowledge of office suite management and office tools. Skills Teamwork. Proactivity. Assertive communication. Service attitude and empathy.
