Responsible for ensuring that everything in the company’s internal financial world runs like clockwork—from timely payroll processing to up-to-date accounting records, bank reconciliations, fixed asset management, and clear reporting for decision-making. This role blends accounting precision, strategic insight, and strong organization skills to keep the company’s finances in order, streamline processes, and ensure everything is done right, on time, and with consistency. Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute the full payroll process, ensuring timely payments and compliance with labor and social security regulations. Record and monitor accounting transactions (income, expenses, amortizations, depreciations, and bank charges). Lead bank reconciliations, analyze foreign exchange differences, and prepare monthly accounting closings. Supervise and audit fixed asset management, including inventories, registrations, disposals, and supporting documentation. Optimize accounting and payroll procedures through the design and implementation of efficient processes. Handle employee updates and submit medical leaves to the relevant healthcare providers (EPS). Support the preparation of tax reports and filings required by tax authorities. Maintain internal control over financial functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, deadlines, and team protocols.
