Joining us now is a chance to be part of our transformation. Who we need Reporting to the Manager, AdOps, we are hiring a Bilingual AdOps Campaign Manager (English and Spanish) to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns. You will oversee the end-to-end campaign process, from setup and launch to performance monitoring and quality assurance. You will leverage data-driven insights to provide recommendations, streamline operations, and maximize advertising ROI, while ensuring our processes meet industry standards and client expectations. This is a hybrid role, with the requirement to work in the office 2–3 days per week. What's in it for you Impact. You will manage the end-to-end process of campaign launches for our clients, ensuring each campaign is set up with precision and meets deadlines. Your role will involve coordinating with clients, third-party ad servers, and internal teams to ensure all creative specifications are met and ads are accurately trafficked. Monitor and optimize campaign performance. By closely tracking campaign metrics, you will proactively identify areas for improvement and make strategic recommendations to optimize results. You will address any discrepancies or delivery issues in a timely manner, escalating as needed to ensure campaigns achieve their full potential. Oversee quality assurance. You will take charge of the QA process, testing all creative assets assigned to your campaigns to ensure they meet technical requirements and perform as expected across digital platforms. Leverage data for actionable insights. Using raw data collected through internal systems, you will transform it into meaningful reports and dashboards that help team members at all levels monitor performance, improve efficiency, and reduce waste. Drive strategic data analysis. You will analyze campaign and marketing performance data to uncover trends, behaviours, and relationships. Your insights will support data-informed decision-making and ongoing improvements to marketing ROI. Bridge teams across regions. You will be a key liaison between our Toronto-based and international teams in Mexico, Spain, Colombia, and Argentina. You will help translate process changes, share best practices, and ensure consistent execution across markets while fostering collaboration and alignment. What you bring: The marketing and advertising acumen. You have a background in advertising, marketing, business, or a related field and ideally bring experience working on digital marketing platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, or programmatic DSPs like The Trade Desk or DV360. You understand industry standards and can contribute to data-driven campaign management and optimization. The data-driven mindset. You bring strong analytical skills and a proven ability to evaluate large datasets, draw insights, and develop actionable recommendations. Your advanced Excel and MS Office skills allow you to effectively manage and communicate performance data to internal stakeholders and clients. The technical adaptability. You are comfortable learning new systems and quickly adapting to changing tools and workflows. Whether working with ad servers, internal platforms, or third-party systems, you can navigate complexity and ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and accurately. The organizational skills. You are highly detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Your ability to stay on top of deadlines and creatively solve problems ensures strong execution and follow-through. The communication skills. You have the ability to turn data into a compelling narrative and translate technical performance into clear, actionable insights. You are comfortable communicating with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels, in both English and Spanish. The commitment to continuous improvement.
