Customer Expert – English 80% – Bogotá – 2 Days OFF You're the missing piece in our TOP Team! At Teleperformance, we’re looking for a Customer Service Expert. You’ll have direct interaction with users, promoting the client and their brand. You’ll maintain a thorough and up-to-date understanding of the client’s services or products. This is the perfect opportunity for an empathetic, respectful, and proactive person who can handle situations with a positive attitude. Here’s what you’ll do: • Engage customers with a direct and friendly approach. • Help customers with any questions or issues within the app. • Handle sensitive customer data with the utmost care and confidentiality. The TOP Team is looking for someone who: • Has a high school diploma. • Has at least 6 months of verifiable experience in BPO/Call Center (preferred). • Has B2+ English proficiency. • Lives in Bogotá. • Is interested in working at Connecta (Av.
