As an Account Executive at Brand Expand, you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and retention by handling both inbound and outbound client communications. Other tasks will include maintaining client records, data analysis, supporting marketing efforts, and project management. This role requires strong project management, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to proactively convey excitement about our software's value to both leads and existing clients. This is a startup environment where self-motivation, organization and the ability to work autonomously is paramount to meet and exceed expectations. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST Job title: Account Executive Responsibilities: Customer Success Proactively engage with customers throughout the clients lifecycle to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, satisfaction, and ongoing renewal. Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term engagement and drive recurring revenue. Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback that enhances the client onboarding experience and platform features. Become a product expert to all customers and team members regarding Brand Expand features and value proposition. Meet with prospective clients on a regular basis to demonstrate our value proposition and how to use the platform. CRM Management Track and report sales activity, pipeline status, and client feedback to continuously improve performance and product relevance. Monitor account health/risk indicators. Input and record meetings, emails, calls, notes, and supporting data to streamline customer support. Proactively identify risks to the renewal process and collaborate with internal teams to mitigate risk. Department Initiatives Perform daily administrative tasks related to campaign review, modification, and approval. Work closely with team members, sharing best practices and keeping customer centricity at the forefront of all interactions. Create an environment that encourages information sharing, team-based activity, and a focus on expansion and development. Consistently interacting with customers to better understand how they leverage Brand Expand and adding value through creating case studies. Required Qualifications Fluent in English (written and oral) Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales, customer service, account management. Must have eCommerce experience as a seller on Amazon Seller Central, Walmart, Target, or similar platform, or experience selling SaaS to eCommerce businesses. Alternatively, experience supporting a seller on one of these marketplaces may be sufficient, but testing will be administered. Proven track record of project management and/or directly contributing to projects. Self-driven with the ability to work independently and be resourceful. Experience in a startup or rapidly scaling environment, with the ability to adapt to evolving operational processes. Intermediate live chat and email customer service experience (Intercom preferred). Enjoyment in seeing others succeed, outgoing personality, not reluctant to call accounts, provide continuous value, and build relationships. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization, and conditional formatting. Experience with data analysis with the ability to identify and report on trends and discrepancies. Detail oriented with exceptional organizational and critical thinking skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams to align on goals, provide updates, and drive continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with eCommerce tools such as Helium10, Jungle Scout, or similar. Proficiency in CRM tools, especially HubSpot, and experience with Google Suite, Slack, and Asana. Experience creating detailed process documentation and supporting staff training. Demonstrated leadership qualities and responsibilities.
