You will bring experience and knowledge in: Experience in your specific area of responsibility Experience in administration with a strong customer service orientation Computer literate with excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel Experience working to deadlines with strong prioritization skills Meticulous attention to detail More about this role **What you need to know about this position**: The Benefits Analyst will deliver against the strategies and programs as determined by Region and Corporate Functions, as well as their Benefits Team Lead. As part of the Benefits team, they will provide outstanding support to our employees, assigned by line leadership and functional teams as needed for their assigned countries. Among their responsibilities are: perform day-to-day transactions, data entry, time processing, benefits changes, benefits processing and distribution; and also participate in projects related to our scope of services. Analytical and customer service skills ae key for the success of this role, as well as a strong vision to identify process improvement opportunities, and implement them. **What extra ingredients you will bring**: **Education / Certifications**: University degree or related required (All majors accepted; Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or others related areas) Intermediate English required Intermediate Excel required **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience handling large volumes of Benefits matters in a Shared Service Center environment Experience with Benefits Administration; experience dealing with brokers Experience working in different time zones/global organizations Experience/knowledge of local Unions and work councils (desired) Experience in customer service environment. Desired experience in process improvement o process automation. Knowledge in SLAs and handling metrics. **Job specific requirements**: - Process owners of benefits execution and validation; - Second level support to employees (IBS Tier 2); - Responsible for the stability of the daily benefits operation in the country/cluster; - Maintain the efficiency in Benefits Package Operation with the Vendors; - Coordinates and prepares material in a timely manner; - Keeps lead advised of any issues/concerns that may arise; Organizing meetings and schedules as appropriate; Provide support and organizational details to the IBS Benefits team lead as needed; - Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority; - Creation of Shopping Baskets, POs and Good Receipts in SAP; Manage PO for prepaid and requisition of all invoices. Track payment of all medical benefit and life insurance bills. - Support in the preparation of budgets for the annual contract process (Costs of Benefits) - Work for a user-friendly experience by following tracking metrics and maintaining service level agreements (eg, satisfaction survey rate and response time) No Relocation support available Business Unit Summary WACAM is Mondelez International’s Latin America presence with 1,700 wonderful people proudly representing a diversity of cultures and nationalities.
