EA is looking for you to fill an Associate Quality Designer role for the FC team. The Associate Quality Designer will contribute to our quality processes and help establish best practices for our analyst family alongside our leadership team. You will help develop the quality plan for FC QA and report to the QA Development Manager, collaborating directly with the Producer and/or Designer to define the quality strategy for new features. Responsibilities: 1. Build strong working relationships with development, production, and design teams. 2. Enhance player experience quality through feature planning, data analysis, and design reviews. 3. Test the game, report bugs, and provide feedback to improve game quality. 4. Review quality strategies and test plans for your assigned area. 5. Support the identification of technical solutions and automation opportunities. 6. Use internal and external data to inform a data-driven verification strategy. 7. Share knowledge and promote process improvements within the FC QA teams. 8. Provide progress updates through reports and verbal communication with managers and team members. Qualifications: - 3+ years of relevant experience. - Experience with FC, open-world games, or soccer, with a player-first approach. - Experience working in integrated product teams (Development + QA).
