Job Description - Manage and oversee SPA & Wellness operations - Ensure that the spa operates cost effectively and efficiently. - Implement inventory control procedures to ensure that adequate stock levels are maintained. - Develop budgets and short to long range strategic planning for the operation of the spa. - Develop the spa's standard operating procedures and policies. - Work with the Sales & Marketing team regarding all aspects of spa promotions. - Maintain thorough knowledge of competitors, including location, product offering, pricing, promotions and sales techniques. - Understands the impact of department operations on the overall financial goals and objectives of the property and manages to meet or exceed budgeted goals. - Sets a positive example in customer relations. - Interacts with customers to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels. - Addresses customer problems and complaints. - Motivates employees to provide excellent customer service. - Emphasizes customer satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focuses on continuous improvement. - Strives to improve service performance. - Maintains a close relationship with the teams, always listening to identify and address employee issues or concerns and escalate them to the Director of Spa. - Drives the continuous training program so that employees receive adequate training to successfully perform their jobs. - Ensures compliance with operating policies and procedures. Qualifications - Bachelors Degree in Business and or Hospitality Management - Two years experience in a same role in a 5 star spa with a multicultural team or 5 years as SPA Manager - Advanced level of English and Spanish. - Office package management. - Excellent writing, administration and customer service skills.
