What You’ll Make Happen As a Producer, you will be at the forefront of creating engaging, social-first content for our clients. This role combines creative ideation, production management, and content strategy to deliver innovative and impactful social media campaigns. You will be responsible for understanding our clients' IPs inside and out, identifying key moments and themes, and translating them into compelling content that resonates with fans and attracts new audiences. What can you expect? Ideation, Footage Sourcing and Dependency Gathering: Review never-before-seen TV episodes and take well-organized notes of key moments and themes. Immerse yourself in fan culture by monitoring social media accounts of shows and talent to generate ideas based on fan engagement. Collect, catalogue, and ideate based on content references and social media trends. Research trending social media formats and suggest new formats that go beyond current trends. Brainstorm engaging and funny ideas and produce concepts for social media graphics and videos. Monitor upcoming tasks and posting platforms for production dependencies. Download and organize footage, ensuring readiness for production. Populate internal tools with client data, checking consistency, and raising any discrepancies. Production Management: Describe concepts in detail and write thorough briefs for editors, motion graphic artists, and graphic designers. Lead quality control on content, ensuring consistency, adherence to branding guidelines, and offering creative feedback. Demonstrate skills of creative review and feedback, including timely review, knowledge of client preferences, active creative suggestions, and regular communication with editors and designers. Be involved in review at all stages of the asset’s lifecycle, including rough works in progress. Contribute to creative review in group settings. Liaise with clients via email and calls to pitch ideas, receive feedback, and deliver content. Contribute to broader concept decks, presentations, and idea pitches. Content Strategy & Tone of Voice Development: Become an expert in social platforms and Storm Ideas products to suggest strategy and content that engages audiences and achieves client goals. Deliver and pitch ideas to clients and monitor their feedback, updating internal documentation. Be an expert in the specifications and capabilities of all social media platforms and monitoring changes and updates. Develop strategies to improve the quality of content and bring in line with broader client approaches. Develop voice and tone in line with client priorities and strategies. Assist with process design and automation to accommodate internal growth and new client needs. Develop your technical skills by learning from other team members and through independent research. Your Expertise Good school grades; a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a high GPA is a plus. Exceptional creative flair and a strong sense of storytelling. Strong interest in AI and passion for learning more about its creative and strategic uses. Excellent written and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload and complete tasks to deadlines. Unparalleled attention to detail. High work ethic and self-motivation. Ability to adjust well to feedback and changing priorities. Nice to Have: Experience ideating, pitching, or producing concepts for social media. Experience in a social media marketing environment. Proofing and editing experience. Experience with project management software like Airtable or Monday.com. Experience creating how-to guides or other documentation. Technical aptitude for understanding new software and systems. Any familiarity with programming languages. Basic understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop (willingness to learn is essential!). Successful applicants will then be invited to a 60 minute first interview with Nina, our Head of Content Production and Eric, one of our Account Managers. Based on the outcome of that interview, applicants may progress to Stage 2: a written task.
