**Responsibilities**: - Offering 3rd line support - Investigating and fixing problems escalated from 2nd line support - Discussing problem resolution with client and internal managers - Analyzing and making changes to infrastructure to improve performance - Ensuring the correct set-up of monitoring systems - Maintaining and improving support information and documentation - Mentoring junior technical staff - Occasional involvement in installation projects (including travel to other countries) **Qualifications and Experience**: - Linux server administration skills (preferably Centos/RHEL) - Scripting experience (any of shell/perl/python) - Understanding of TCP/IP networking and diagnosis - Performance analysis and monitoring - Excellent standard of English language both verbal and written - Experience of supporting database platforms (Oracle / MySQL) - Networking device experience - switching and routing - Load balancer experience **About Endava**: Endava is reimagining the relationships between people and technology.
