Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage job openings, selecting high-quality candidates and meeting deadlines. 2. Review and filter candidates according to specific parameters and guidelines. 3. Continuously update and maintain accurate job openings. 4. Write detailed candidate summaries and edit resumes. 5. Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams. Requirements: 1. Experience as an IT recruiter with interest in back-office and client-facing roles. 2. Analytical ability, attention to detail, effective prioritization, and multitasking skills. 3. Experience as a Staffing Analyst for IT profiles is a plus. 4. Advanced English proficiency.
