The objective of the program is to provide training and targeted job experience for Program Managers to manage progressively complex programs. The Sierra Space Program Management Center of Excellence is seeking a Sr. Instructional Design Specialist to work with the Program Management Training Academy personnel to develop specialized advanced program management curriculum and training modules for each of the tiers.
