This position offers plenty of opportunitiesto experience global teamwork environments. This role will be basedin Medellin, Colombia. What You Will Do 1. Build long-termrelationships within the area of responsibility and withstakeholders. 2. Identify and determine business processcapability, optimization needs, and solution requirements acrossthe organization, in close cooperation with stakeholders. 3. Contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in amatrix organization. 4. Participate in pre-studies and breakdown ofbusiness requirements to develop comprehensive requirementspecifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time, andresources according to standard templates. 5. Facilitate workshopsor key meetings to capture business requirements and perform as-isanalysis, understanding customer and user requirements, theirstrategies, and their goals. 6. Continuously review and editrequirements, specifications, and recommendations related to aproposed solution. 7. Participate in transitioning the requirementsand use cases to the designers to ensure a clear and completeunderstanding of the solution specification. 8. Supportimplementation of to-be processes, including technical trainingdelivery. Who You Are 1. 3-5 years of experience in IT HumanResources SAP HCM and Time & Attendance Systems (Kronos andTimeSoft). 2. University degree in Computer Science, BusinessAdministration, or similar. Preferably with a Project Managementmaster or similar. 3. Demonstrable experience in communication,collaboration, and engagement around areas of expertise. 4. Softskills: Leadership, Analytical thinking, decision-making,Negotiation, Strategic alignment, Adaptive capacity, assertiveness.5. Have a passion to share knowledge and motivate others to drivefor excellence. 6. English spoken and written, Spanish spoken andwritten B2 - C1. 7.
