Who We're Looking For We’re looking for a systems-driven Automation Expert who can help Adoreal scale by eliminating manual work across clinical operations, marketing, and partner onboarding. The ideal candidate has deep experience working with healthcare teams (especially surgeons and clinics), is fluent in marketing automation and AI content tools, and knows how to build seamless onboarding and enablement systems for new clinical partners. If you love building efficient workflows that make people’s lives easier. Responsibilities 1. Healthcare & Clinical Operations Automation - Design and implement automation workflows for clinical operations, including appointment scheduling, referral management, and follow-up communications. - Create tools that streamline surgeon and staff workflows, including data collection, reporting, and compliance. - Integrate automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, N8, Make, Airtable, custom scripts) with external and internal systems. - Collaborate with surgeons and clinical staff to identify repetitive pain points and deliver practical automation solutions. 2. Marketing Automation & Content Creation - Build and manage automation frameworks for social media publishing, analytics tracking, and content pipeline management. - Automate content repurposing across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, newsletters, and clinic websites. - Integrate AI tools to support semi-automated video editing, captioning, content planning, and campaign management. - Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to deliver seamless workflows from ideation to distribution. 3. Partner Onboarding & Enablement - Develop automation processes for onboarding new clinical partners, from contract signing through to full activation. - Automate the creation of customized implementation programs, welcome materials, and clinic-specific training guidelines. - Build scalable playbooks for clinic success teams using tools like Notion, HubSpot, and internal dashboards. - Enable clinics with self-serve onboarding portals, automated checklists, and training progress tracking. - 3+ years in automation, systems operations, or process design roles. - Direct experience working with healthcare professionals, clinical workflows, or medtech companies. - Strong understanding of onboarding processes and training enablement at scale. - Technical proficiency with automation platforms - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, Fluent in English (C1). - Ability to create lightweight custom tools using JavaScript, Python, or low-code platforms. - Experience working in a startup or early-stage company.
