Job Description This position is responsiblefor leading contract compliance audits of cost-plus constructioncontracts for the development and construction of industrialfacilities. Assignments would include audits of both completedprojects and projects in-progress. This role requires a variety ofskills and experience in construction (audit, project controls,and/or estimating), accounting (financial and cost), audit, anddata mining skills and techniques. WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONREQUIREMENTS: 1. Must have excellent English speaking and writingskills (C1-C2). 2. An undergraduate degree in ConstructionManagement. 3. 1-3 years of audit experience (internal, compliance,operational) is preferred. 4. Construction, project controls, orestimating experience or similar industry experience is required.5. Strong data skills/aptitude required. Advanced experience usingExcel and/or Access to effectively manipulate large data sets foranalytical results. 6. Financial business acumen, with exposure topayroll, insurance, employee benefits, internal controls, commonbusiness practices, and contract language. 7. Understanding andassessing operational processes and internal controls, includingidentifying breakdowns and opportunities for improvement. 8. Excellent business report writing skills. 9.
