The Digital Marketing Manager will support, protect and enhance Zenfinex’s reputation via the proactive and innovative use of digital content and channels – across video, photography and digital communication (web and social media) – to promote Zenfinex as a trusted leader in trading. Key Responsibilities: Social media management: · Plan and manage the overall social media marketing strategy and implementation of campaigns from content ideation to creation, distribution, and evaluation. · Identify trends and insights to be implemented. · Engage with users and creates community (answering SM) throughout all social media channels such as: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, and more. · Create and manage contests and giveaways. · Manage, create, and implement the marketing automation workflow and email marketing campaigns. Content creation · Develop and supervise the overall marketing content for various formats such as videos, advertising material (printed and digital), web, social media, emailing or any internal and external communication. · Contact and coordinate with speakers to schedule and organize webinars. · Coordinate times of implementation, advertising in all communication channels, scheduling on the platform and evaluate performance. Event management: · Source venues / locations for events · Coordinate with speakers: dates & topics · Responsible for ordering, coordinate event inventory, giveaways, etc. with manager and vendors. · Collaborate across departments to contribute to meeting design, agenda development, brand building, and event communications and marketing. Reports & analytics: · Analyze the performance across all digital channels and generate comprehensive reports that provide recommendations for improvement. · Track the website traffic flow SEO · Supervise website’s organic search rankings and ensures the website is optimized to rank highly for target keywords according to the region. Partnerships · Contact local & regional influencers to amplify brand awareness resulting in lead generation. Media buy: · Conduct research of optimized websites related to the industry for brand visibility and lead generation. · Build and maintain relationship with media buy. · Negotiate rates and activities · Track performance and ROI Translations · Translate any material from English to Spanish according to the tone, grammar, syntax, and jargon of the industry keeping in mind the target audience for different formats: google ads, social media, printed material, website, among others.
