Business Insights Leader The Business Insights Leader will own the end-to-end reporting and analytics framework that guides our CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies. This is a highly visible role that requires analytical depth, business acumen, and the ability to influence decision-making through compelling, actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary analytics lead for CRM initiatives, delivering insights that drive campaign performance and customer lifecycle improvements. - Design and implement automated reporting frameworks to track performance of lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, push, in-app, etc.) using tools such as Braze and BI dashboards. - Develop and publish weekly and monthly reporting with meaningful takeaways and recommendations to guide strategic decision-making. - Collaborate with the CRM team to optimize trigger-based lifecycle programs (e.g., onboarding, retention, churn prevention, reactivation). - Lead cross-functional data projects with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to enhance tracking capabilities and support campaign effectiveness. - Conduct ad hoc analyses to support key marketing initiatives and identify new opportunities for optimization and growth. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree required, degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field preferred. - 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, CRM/lifecycle marketing, or performance reporting, ideally with a subscription-based digital product (e.g., streaming, SaaS, media). - Hands-on experience with CRM and customer engagement platforms such as Braze, Segment, or similar. - Proficiency in building reports and dashboards; strong data manipulation skills (SQL is a plus). - Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
