Founded in 2014, we have hundreds of employees across five continents. *** **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Be the trusted advisor to clients, providing support to end the relationship with their remote employees and /or with Velocity Global. driving towards mutually beneficial and legally compliant solutions while minimising risk exposure for the company. - Is accountable for the termination process end to end, delivered with empathy, professionalism, integrity and velocity. - Project manage each offboarding case and involve responsible parties as and when required. - Stay abreast of latest legislative developments, ensuring knowledge is current. Work with Business Services to ensure the knowledge base is up to date. - Assist in continuous process improvement by recommending and/or implementing process and system improvements. - Delivers training within the organization from time to time. - Provide accurate and timely reporting to the Head of Offboarding The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to this classification. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - A degree in HR, International Business, Finance or Law is preferred. - Knowledge of international payroll, immigration, compensation, employment and tax issues. - 4-6 years of Human Resources, Staffing Operations, and/or related experience preferred. - Experience in offboarding is strongly valued.
