Job Title: Project Manager Job Description As a Project Manager specializing in Resource/Project Management, you will drive the successful adoption of new technologies, solutions, and business strategies within the partner ecosystem. You will collaborate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions, minimize resistance, and maximize the impact of change initiatives. Required Skills & Qualification Experience: 4+ years in change management, partner management or project management Experience using Power Query, Looker, or Tableau English: B2+ (90%) Knowledge: Strong understanding of Microsoft partner ecosystem (Desirable) Change Management Expertise: Familiarity with frameworks like ADKAR, PROSCI, or Agile change methodologies Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex changes simply and compellingly for diverse audiences Project Management: Experience managing large-scale partner transitions and business transformations Analytical Skills: Ability to assess impact, track adoption metrics, and drive data-driven decisions Key Responsibilities Change Strategy & Planning Develop and execute change management strategies for partner programs, product updates, and go-to-market transitions Assess change impacts on partners and design targeted interventions for smooth adoption Identify potential challenges and resistance, developing mitigation strategies Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Work closely with partner executives, sales teams, and technical leaders to align change initiatives with business objectives Act as a trusted advisor, guiding best practices and benefits of an evolving ecosystem Develop clear communication plans to inform partners about upcoming changes Enablement & Training Manage FinancialForce/Salesforce records based on SOPs, including project, resource request, staffing, assignment, timecard, resource, and contact Assign resources to projects based on availability, skills, and fit Prepare and present weekly and monthly operational reports using standardized templates Collaborate with enablement teams to develop tailored learning materials Monitor partner engagement and knowledge retention, adjusting strategies as needed Process & Workflow Coordination Coordinate workflows between internal teams and partners for timely deliverables Design and optimize SOPs to improve consistency and efficiency Ensure process alignment across tools like Salesforce and FinancialForce Act as liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders Track and analyze workflow metrics for process improvements Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement Support efforts to enhance partner experience and program effectiveness Location: COL Bogota - Cra. 15 #77-50 Language Requirements: English (Required) Time Type: Full Time If you are a California resident, by submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read and have access to the Job Applicant Privacy Notice for California Residents #J-18808-Ljbffr
