Kenvue is recruiting for a Training and Development Specialist, located in Cali. This position serves as role for Make Excellence process responsible for strengthening human capabilities, efficiency and excellence in our Site. You will have the opportunity to lead the training and development strategy for our collaborators. **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead the training model for administrative and plant personnel through the development of an effective T&D; framework to be implemented in the Make processes according to the needs of the Site. - Responsible for leading the corporate virtual training system. - Spearhead the induction and training process, guaranteeing compliance with the policies in accordance with the corporate definition and measuring their effectiveness. - Conduct continuous improvement projects associated with talent development and skill building. - Lead the Corporate University work team for Cali Site ensuring a flawless execution of the work plans and ensuring that they are articulated to the regional training standards. - Participate in the design of organizational change strategies to guarantee the successful implementation of action plans that involve the development of competencies. - Responsible for attending and responding to the requirements of compliance audits regarding the personnel training process. - Drive investigations and CAPAs related to EHS&S; events, Quality and internal and external Compliance Audits attributable to the projects and/or processes under their leadership. Qualifications **Education**: - BA in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology; Postgraduate degree in human development management or project management. **Experience and Skills**: **Required**: - More than 5+ years of work experience in manufacturing plants designing and performing plans to develop people competencies. - Experience in designing and deploying digitalization solutions and analytics capabilities related to T&D; process. - Strong people focused orientation and proactive attitude required. - Highly collaborative and influential.
