Job description Overview: We are seeking a Bilingual Homecare Nurse who is passionate about both patient care and teaching. This role requires a professional nurse who can communicate fluently in English and Spanish and is available to work on-site in Cali, conducting staff training sessions. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical guidance, teach caregivers, and support patients and families in their homes, ensuring that every individual receives safe, compassionate, and effective care. Your Key Responsibilities as an Clinical Nurse : - Train and support home health aids in delivering quality personal care services: bathing, feeding, mobility assistance, medication reminders, and home safety. - Provide Remote education to patients and families, helping them understand and follow their care plans confidently. - Address patients concerns with empathy and provide actionable, clear instruction to both staff and families. - Promote infection control, housekeeping practices, and overall environmental safety in the home. - Document observations, progress, and training provided, and communicate findings to the broader care team. - Acknowledge with QI reports, deliver proper communication between parts. - Serve as a bridge between clinical knowledge and day-to-day caregiving, promoting patient dignity and staff confidence. Qualifications: - Fluent in English (spoken and written). - Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health, adult care, or education. - Strong communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with basic medical procedures and safety practices in a homecare setting. - Previous experience as a nurse, nurse educator, preceptor, or supervisor in homecare or clinical settings. - Knowledge of fall prevention, Foley catheter use, and other in-home care procedures. - Empathy-driven and culturally sensitive approach to patient care and staff development. - Proficient in the use of Windows operating systems and common office tools.
