As we navigate the dynamic global environment, we continue to evolve and innovate. As a Franchise Finance Director for COVE, you will be the financial leader of Colombia and Venezuela. The largest Franchise in the Central Zone. This position is focused on delivering business results and improvements on system financials while ensuring an appropriate control and governance environment. In this role, you will be the main financial point of contact and in charge of relations with Operations General Manager, Country Managers, Bottlers’ CFOs and other key internal/external stakeholders within COVE **What You’ll Do for Us**: Management of Bottler Interactions: - Act as primary point of contact and ensure a healthy relationship with bottling partners - Manage System Health discussions with the Bottlers - Identify and make recommendations of new opportunities with Bottlers - Reviews proposals for projects - Review any support requests - Track and mediate ongoing initiatives - Liaise with Bottlers for receivables management and credit control - Maintain Bottlers within credit limit, follows up on overdue accounts and negotiates repayment schedules.
