We are seeking a seasoned executive for the position of VP Delivery in the Digital business (Head of Delivery Segment). This role strategically manages operations of over 700 people, focusing on scaling the business. The primary responsibilities include shaping delivery strategies aligned with company goals and contributing to overall corporate strategy. The role's objectives are linked to top-level company goals and growth within the Delivery Segment. The VP will work closely with the Leadership Team to develop delivery strategies and oversee a large engineering organization, including performance and financial management, sales contribution, presales, and account growth. The position reports directly to the Chief Delivery Officer. Responsibilities: Lead Delivery Organization: Manage a team of directors to deliver high-quality services to clients Develop and implement best practices to improve efficiency and quality Drive innovation by exploring and adopting new technologies and tools Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within delivery teams Partner with Clients and Support Business Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored solutions Maintain strong relationships with key clients for smooth project delivery and success Participate in pre-sales activities, providing guidance to ensure sales success Work with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute segment strategies Stay at the Forefront of Technology Innovation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies applicable to our solutions Develop and implement an innovation strategy aligned with business goals Keep abreast of latest software engineering trends and technologies Requirements: 10+ years in Software Engineering and Outsourcing within a large (3000+ employees) outsourcing company Experience managing an engineering organization of 700+ personnel with proven results Strong program and portfolio management skills, Agile project management experience Expertise in modern software engineering practices; experience as a solution architect is advantageous Deep understanding of Digital business and IT landscape Visionary leadership with entrepreneurial and managerial skills Strategic planning and execution experience Proactive, assertive, and goal-oriented attitude Understanding of large IT outsourcing organizational structures, governance, and processes Experience with business development, sales, and account management in service sectors Financial management skills, including P&L management Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related; MBA or similar is a plus Fluent in English, both written and spoken Willingness to travel frequently #J-18808-Ljbffr
