Join a dynamic, growing team that offers healthcare providers an array of medical technology solutions that make a difference in patients’ lives. **Position Summary**: The Intercompany Buyer/Planner is responsible for coordinating the complete intercompany purchasing cycle of finished goods sourced from Global Distribution Centers, Manufacturing Sites, and/or local vendors to support Brazil, Chile, Colombia, and Mexico businesses. This position will work closely with local Latin American support personnel as well as regional employees in our Global Operations, Sales/Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, and Regulatory departments. **Principal Responsibilities**: - Coordinates the complete intercompany purchasing cycle of finished goods for Latin America direct regions - Maintains the purchasing priority planning and scheduling up to date according to local requirements. - Follows up with global Supply Planners on issues arising that may compromise the smooth flow of materials into local warehouses. - Maintains up to date ERP (SAP) purchasing information including master data, purchase info records, source lists, etc. - Drives continuous improvement efforts for supply activities. - Optimizes Inventory and Replenishment. - Provides key inputs for local supply visibility reports. - Supports other local functional areas with up-to-date supply information. - Supports overall Supply Chain initiatives (Local/Regional/Global) **Education / Experience Requirements**: - BS or BA degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in procurement and/or planning groups and/or efforts of diverse teams (preferably with a medical device manufacturer or large manufacturing-based organization) - Familiar with FDA, cGMP, and ISO quality system requirements for a diverse medical device manufacturer (preferred) - APICS Certification or equivalent (preferred): CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CPIM (Certified Production and Inventory Management **Specialized Skills / Other Requirements**: - Proficiency in SAP ECC Supply Chain Modules (required) - Proficiency in SAP APO (preferred) - Must be Bilingual; English/Spanish fluency (required) - Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, One note
