Selina was born out of a desire to celebrate the nomadic lifestyle: to experience our planet’s most beautiful places, to build community, to engage with locals and fellow travelers, to work and enjoy new adventures. **What the role is** Join our team to create and deploy the digital communication strategy of the Selina ecosystem of digital nomads, influencing the creation of the online community and supporting the sales team to meet their objectives. **What you will be doing** - Promote the increase of followers and the digital community. - Increase follower engagement through social media. - Correctly implement the Selina brand manual in each of the pieces of communication. - Benchmark of content in SN (Social Networks) - Publication Management / Content Creation - Social Media Comment Tracking - Management of metrics - Strategic Development of Social Networks - Management of digital tools for the management of virtual communities - Brand diffusion strategies. - Transform needs into proposals and innovative strategies to expand the budget of the area. - Promotion of commercial relations for the positioning of the brand. - Constant feedback and reports of the area to his/her manager **What you need for the role** - Advertising Professional and/or related background / Graphic Designer / Social communicator and journalism / Professional in marketing and/or related background. - Advanced English / Bilingual - 3 + year and upper (is a plus if is in Hospitality and Tourism Industry) - Soft skills: Initiative - Responsibility - Deliver results - Teamwork - Urgency sense - Management of Social Networks - Expansion of the brand through Social Networks - Value content (vision, impact, brand) **_ Low and High Skill Wellness Delivery_** - Staff who are wellness-focused and have a passion themselves (or hold a qualification) can deliver a wellness activity in the location for our Luna Loyalty Program.
