You will oversee operation efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with our organizational objectives. Your role will encompass managing team operations, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement. Utilizing strong analytical skills, you'll identify opportunities for enhancement and drive innovative solutions. Collaboration will be key as you work alongside with the department leaders, leveraging your exceptional communication abilities to foster seamless teamwork. This position requires a proactive leader with a passion for driving excellence in recruitment. Team Management: Lead recruitment processes, addressing team and client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure smooth operations. Oversee pod calendars, assign tasks, and manage client communications to maintain team alignment and deadline adherence. Facilitate regular individual and team meetings to foster cohesion and strategic alignment. Performance Evaluation and Improvement Strategies: Assess team performance via KPIs, providing feedback and identifying opportunities for development. Maintain KPI accuracy with weekly reviews, taking responsibility for team outcomes and driving improvement initiatives. Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee department projects assigned from start to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, and deadlines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals, identifying risks and opportunities for process optimization. Administrative and Reporting Duties: Execute administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to protocols. Be accountable for team performance metrics, producing reports to monitor progress and spearhead enhancement efforts. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements 5+ years of experience demonstrating proficiency in a management role, with a preference for those experienced in lean management methodologies. Ideally, candidates should have prior experience in recruitment or talent management roles, showcasing strong leadership skills and the ability to drive team performance. Proven track record in conducting performance evaluations and implementing strategies for continuous improvement within teams or departments. A bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field is preferred, demonstrating foundational knowledge in organizational management principles. Exceptional organizational and communication abilities are essential, enabling effective multitasking, prioritization, and seamless collaboration within the team. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines. Nice to have Experience with Recruitment Software: Familiarity with CRM systems and other recruitment software to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Knowledge of Lean Management: Understanding of lean management methodologies to optimize recruitment processes and eliminate waste. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industry trends and best practices in recruitment to stay abreast of changes and drive continuous improvement.
