Integration Analyst Position We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Analyst to join our dynamic team, a leading provider of cloud-based enterprise software. About the Role: - Develop and perform technical integrations between logistics, ERPs, and third-party APIs platforms following established protocols. - Coordinate with the Product and Engineering teams to integrate third-party applications within our system, ensuring a seamless flow of data. - Translate third-party system mappings into our integration tools to support real-time data exchange. Responsibilities: - Administer integration tickets using Jira or other tools, to ensure technical clarity and SLA achievement. - Elaborate effort estimations and tasks prioritization in an autonomous way. - Document processes, decisions, and technical configurations with clarity. Requirements: - Advanced proficiency in reading and understanding API documentation. - Experience with SaaS cloud-based solutions. - Basic proficiency with JavaScript. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field. Additional Skills: - Proficiency in writing and maintaining custom scripts for data transformations using languages such as Python or JavaScript. - Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases.
