What do we value? We look for a Senior Technical Consultant with extensive knowledge and experience in designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow Platform. Key Responsibilities Manage critical project processes such as platform architecture documentation, integration documentation, effort estimation, and advanced development. Participate in and occasionally lead Scrum meetings. Translate requirements and mock-ups into fully functional features, working closely with the implementation team. Ensure technical development and configuration meet high standards, providing guidance to junior and mid-level developers. Follow best practices in technical design within our projects. Provide timely updates to Project Leads to facilitate proactive communication with clients. Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes and the maturation of portfolios, capabilities, and best practices based on customer needs. Fill technical or process roles in projects as needed. Lead, educate, mentor, and develop assigned Thirdera resources. Assist in scoping new opportunities and designing tools and techniques for efficient delivery. Act as the final escalation point for technical decision-making within projects. Collaborate with HR to conduct technical interviews and support recruitment. Necessary Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or IT. Proven experience in technical consulting roles. Experience working on the ServiceNow platform. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM). Experience with two additional ServiceNow product lines outside of ITSM. Advanced English proficiency. Knowledge of ITIL; Foundation level preferred. Post-graduate studies in software-related topics are a plus. Why Cognizant?
