**Senior Financial Accountant Role Summary** Job Description This is a senior revenue accounting position that requires a proactive professional to oversee and optimize the company's revenue accounting operations. The successful candidate will have experience with U.S. GAAP, especially ASC 606, and be able to manage complex revenue streams and interpret multi-element arrangements. - The Senior Revenue Accountant will lead the monthly revenue close process, including preparation and review of journal entries and reconciliations related to revenue and deferred revenue. - They will analyze and document customer contracts to ensure proper revenue recognition under ASC 606. - Maintaining and updating the company's revenue recognition policy and ensuring alignment with evolving business practices and regulatory requirements are key responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of US GAAP, strong experience with ERP systems (ideally NetSuite) and financial reporting tools, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have the ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive under deadlines.
