Job Description •Serves as the primary point of contact between business teams and Salesforce developers. •Work with stakeholders to define, refine, and validate requirements. •Facilitate status meetings and align technical solutions with business needs. •Conduct discovery sessions to assess pain points and suggest process improvements. •Improve key processes such as lead management, onboarding, and referral coordination. •Ensure solution designs comply with internal standards and healthcare regulations. •Configure Salesforce objects, fields, automation, and workflows. •Manage system performance, data accuracy, and platform scalability. •Maintain integrations with other tools and internal systems. •Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story development. •Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and release activities. •Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of enhancements. •Create user documentation and deliver training to end users. •Promote adoption of Salesforce features and best practices. •Support reporting and analytics using tools like Tableau and other data sources. Required Qualifications •Proven experience working in a regulated industry such as healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, or biotech. •Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201), Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Business Analyst is a plus. •Demonstrate proficiency in using Sales Cloud and experience in Tableau configuration or integration. •Proficiency in writing and managing user stories, UAT scripts, process flows, and technical documentation. •Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party healthcare platforms (e.g., EHRs, CRMs, data warehouses). •Demonstrate the ability to analyze business processes and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. •Apply strong knowledge of Salesforce features, capabilities, and best practices • Demonstrate excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal form, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
