You bring to Applaudo the following competencies: 5+ years of experience in report development and data analysis. Strong skills in quantitative research and statistical modeling to generate insights. Proficient in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures with attention to detail. Experience in client relationship management and multitasking in fast-paced environments. Familiar with GitHub and Visual Studio SSIS/SSRS for code management and reporting. Proficient in Python for data manipulation, with working knowledge of Power BI or Qlik. Expertise in Data Lake architecture and AWS services, including Amazon Redshift and S3, for large-scale data storage and analytics. You will be responsible for: Understanding business requirements, determining relevant KPIs, and preparing visualization reports by gathering data from databases, APIs, files, and streams, ensuring its proper integration for analysis. Preparing data for analysis by cleaning and addressing inconsistencies, errors, and missing values to ensure quality and reliability. Applying statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyze data, identify patterns, trends, and insights, and develop predictive models. Presenting data effectively through charts, graphs, and dashboards to facilitate understanding and support decision-making. Implementing and maintaining data governance policies and security measures to protect sensitive information and ensure regulatory compliance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights. Staying current with advancements in data analytics, machine learning, and technology trends, and continuously enhancing skills to improve analytics solutions.
