Supreme Surplus Solutions is seeking a motivated and driven Sales Specialist (Caller) to join our team. In this role, you will connect with potential clients to introduce our services, explain the benefits of surplus funds recovery, and guide them through the signup process. Key Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to potential clients, following a provided lead list. Educate clients about surplus funds recovery and the benefits of our services. Build rapport and trust with clients to facilitate signups. Handle objections professionally and provide clear, persuasive responses. Track all client interactions and progress in the CRM system. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and signup goals. Collaborate with the team to improve scripts, strategies, and conversion rates. What We’re Looking For : Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence and professionalism when speaking with clients over the phone. Self-motivated, results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Basic computer proficiency; experience with CRM systems is a plus. Coachable and eager to learn new sales techniques and strategies. Preferred Qualifications : Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.
