Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Domain Architect for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier. As a Senior Domain Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping and guiding digital transformation across platforms. Your focus will be on delivering scalable, secure, and strategic architectural solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency. In this capacity, you will oversee call center customer and agent interactions across all business units. The focus will be on utilizing a variety of solutions, including automation and AI, to enhance customer experience, reduce costs, and optimize operational efficiency. Locations: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Mexico Responsibilities - Design and guide the development of integrated digital solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, security, and technology strategies. - Drive digital innovation by assessing emerging technologies and communicating their strategic relevance to stakeholders. - Collaborate with development teams and technical partners to ensure seamless architectural integration across systems. - Lead the design of customer-centric user experiences (UX) and interfaces (UI) that elevate engagement and usability. - Mentor developers, promote architectural best practices, and ensure technical alignment with enterprise-wide frameworks. - Deliver continuous architectural improvements through agile planning, automation, and systems integration. Requirements Experience: 7+ years of total experience in IT, digital transformation, or software development (minimum 4 years required). 1–3 years of hands-on experience in enterprise or domain architecture. Background in P&C insurance is a strong plus. Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. TOGAF or similar architecture certification (preferred). Languages: Fluent in English (Intermediate+ level required for communication with international teams). Tech Stack & Tools Must-Have: DevOps practices, strong system integration skills. Preferred: Cloud Optimization (AWS/Azure), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Robotic Desktop Automation (RDA). Additional skills in UI/UX strategy, cloud-based development, and system performance tuning are highly desirable. Soft Skills Strategic thinker with strong communication, influence, and stakeholder engagement abilities. Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and bridging the gap between business goals and technical execution. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex initiatives with clarity and vision.
