No importa quién seas, de dónde seas o a quién ames, siempre puedes influir en las personas que te rodean y causar un impacto positivo en el mundo. **Conoce un poco más**:PepsiCoJobs Únete a PepsiCo, atrévete a transformar. **Responsibilities**: **La oportunidad** Planning, develop, innovate, prioritize and implement (with support of TR Ops) new and revised local compensation & benefits programs, policies, support for HRBP’s / Clients, evolve to “Next Level” Employee Experience and procedures to align with the Business goals and competitive practices, also aligned to Sector / Global parameters. This position is also responsible for ensuring our programs and core processes are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies.
