What You’ll Be Doing Lead Closing (Primary Focus) - Respond quickly to inbound leads from Thumbtack, Angi’s, Yelp, and text - Use pre-set pricing templates to quote jobs and confirm bookings - Follow up with non-responsive leads to increase conversion rate - Maintain high closing performance through quick, clear, and friendly communication Scheduling & Job Coordination - Assign jobs to technicians based on availability, geography, and job type - Track job details in Google Sheets: client name, quote, upsell, payment method, gratuity, and technician - Communicate job details to technicians daily via WhatsApp or shared calendar - Make real-time adjustments to schedules as needed Client Success - Follow up with clients after service to request reviews and encourage rebookings - Address basic issues or complaints with professionalism - Document feedback and flag recurring concerns to management * Ideal Candidate - Excellent communicator (especially in writing) - Fast and accurate when using Google Sheets or CRM-style tools - Independent, proactive, and solution-focused - Prior experience in inbound sales, dispatch, or customer support - Bonus: Familiar with Thumbtack, Angi’s, Yelp, or similar lead platforms Job Details - Remote position - Part-time to start, with potential to grow into full-time - Must be available during key U.S. hours (Pacific and Easter Time zones preferred) - Pay: Base Salary + performance bonus for lead conversion - All systems, scripts, and training provided About Us Good Day Cleaners is a highly rated, fast-growing upholstery and carpet cleaning company known for our reliability, responsiveness, and consistent results.
