Responsibilities: - Market Research and Client Targeting: - Identify potential clients in the European and Asian markets using market research and online tools. - Understand regional trends, client needs, and competitive landscapes to craft effective sales strategies. - Cold Calling and Lead Generation: - Make outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce Reboot Monkey’s data center services. - Follow up on leads generated through cold calls, emails, and online inquiries to qualify prospects. - Effectively handle objections and articulate the value of services to decision-makers. - Sales and Revenue Generation: - Actively promote and sell Reboot Monkey’s data center services, including hosting, remote hands, and technical support. - Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. - Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements to close deals. - Client Engagement and Relationship Management: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular virtual interactions. - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring quick resolution of issues. - Upsell and cross-sell additional services to maximize revenue from existing clients. - Remote Outreach and Communication: - Utilize digital platforms (email, Zoom, LinkedIn, etc.) to connect with clients and prospects. - Deliver engaging presentations and proposals through virtual meetings. - Performance Reporting: - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deals in the CRM system. - Prepare detailed sales reports and provide updates on progress toward targets. - Compliance and Market-Specific Knowledge: - Ensure all contracts comply with regional laws and regulations. - Stay updated on business etiquette and cultural practices for effective communication across Europe and Asia. Qualifications: - Proven experience in remote sales, including cold calling, in the data center or IT services industry. - Strong understanding of European and Asian and American markets and their unique business practices. - Excellent cold calling, communication, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency with CRM tools, virtual meeting platforms, and other sales software and solid background knowledge of the IT Industry. - Ability to work across time zones and manage a flexible schedule. - Multilingual skills (e.g., Mandarin, Hindi, German, or French) are a strong advantage.
