As a Senior Change Management Advisor , you will be responsible for designing and implementing change management strategies and activities to facilitate and drive adoption of change. Working closely with the change management team, you will also be evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of these initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on change management professional who excels in working closely with cross-functional and global teams to ensure effective change execution. Position Overview: In this role, you will play a key part in designing and implementing change management strategies to facilitate and drive adoption of change. Key Responsibilities: · Design & Implement Change Management Strategies : Develop strategies that align with transformational change initiatives, ensuring all messages are clear, relevant, and tailored to various audiences. · Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with change management teams, key stakeholders, and the business to understand the scope and objectives of change initiatives and create strategies that support these goals. · Drive Employee Engagement : Create initiatives that keep employees informed and motivated. · Reporting : Evaluate and provide reports regarding the effectiveness of change management strategies and initiatives. Required qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field. · Minimum 9 years of experience in developing change management programs related to organizational change. · Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages for internal audiences. · Proficiency in content creation using Learning Management Systems. · Advanced English level C1 or C2. · The selected candidate must live in Bogotá and be willing to work in hybrid mode. You are a highly organized communicator, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You are collaborative and skilled at building relationships, able to adapt communications to different audiences and learning styles.
