Job Summary ELT Learning Consultant defines strategies with customers, attending to their specific needs, to close new business and maintain existing accounts. This role involves organizing and planning sales strategies across the assigned territory, creating customized solutions for clients, developing strategic plans including technology solutions, and fostering deep, long-term relationships with clients. What You’ll Do: Identify priorities and develop action plans for the assigned territory. Develop account-specific action plans. Define strategic plans in collaboration with clients. Achieve financial targets, sales goals, market penetration, and business forecasting. Update all opportunities in the CRM system. Address specific client needs. Know NGL product lines, applications, and value propositions. Conduct thorough customer investigations to discover needs. Skills You Will Need: Minimum 3 years of successful direct sales, ELT, or editorial experience. Effective oral and written communication skills. Strong presentation and training skills. Proven ability to foster effective customer relationships. Flexibility and adaptability to change. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and instructional technology.
