They will be adept at building custom AI solutions, streamlining processes, and empowering our team with cutting-edge tools that enhance efficiency and customer experience. Responsibilities: Custom AI Solution Development (35%) Design and build custom GPTs for business processes, create automated workflows using platforms like Make.com and n8n, develop AI-powered chatbots for employee support, and implement intelligent systems that learn and adapt to our moving industry needs. Process Analysis & Automation (30%) Analyze existing workflows to identify automation opportunities, design end-to-end solutions that eliminate manual tasks, create seamless integrations between AI tools and current systems, and optimize operations to achieve 50%+ time savings while maintaining quality standards. Training & Change Management (25%) Develop training materials for staff AI tool adoption, conduct workshops to build organizational AI literacy, provide ongoing support during technology transitions, and serve as the bridge between advanced technology and human workers to ensure smooth implementation. Performance Monitoring & Optimization (10%) Track automation performance metrics, generate insights dashboards for business decisions, ensure data privacy compliance, troubleshoot AI system issues, and continuously improve existing automated processes based on user feedback and performance data. This role reports directly to the CEO. Work Environment: Remote telecommuting position requiring reliable internet, a dedicated workspace free from distractions, and regular virtual meetings. Candidate must be comfortable working across time zones with US-based team. Qualifications: - Valid USA visa and ability to travel within the USA - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English at C1 Level or better - 1-3 years experience with AI tools, workflow automation, or business process optimization - Hands-on experience with no-code platforms (Make.com, n8n, Zapier) and custom GPT development - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail - Experience explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Compensation: $1200–2200 USD Monthly, depending on experience, paid as contractor Ready to revolutionize how we move people, not just stuff?
