This is your chance! Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Analyze and understand clients' business processes to identify improvement opportunities and design effective solutions. Lead teams in the timely and high-quality execution of assigned projects. Ensure the delivery of final products and maintain confidentiality in handling client data. Support the pre-sales process and participate in client meetings to present business proposals. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities and contribute to the development of the consulting area. Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact. Experience with Signavio for modeling, automating, and improving business processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Transformation and Consulting. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL. Knowledge in Machine Learning and Databases. Analytical skills and strategic thinking. Creativity and ability to find innovative solutions. Availability to travel for extended periods. Responsibilities: Establish strong relationships with our clients to execute projects successfully.
